Tiger Woods to be a dad
The golf superstar, Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren are expecting their first child together this summer. Tiger announced the news yesterday. Tiger Woods turned 31 yesterday. Congratulations Tiger!Tiger said he has always wanted to be a dad. Just that he wished his dad, Earl Woods could be around to share the experience.
Tiger Woods’ dad passed away in May battling cancer. The father and son had famously close relationship.
Tiger also said that his late dad, Earls Woods was his best friend and his greatest role model. He was a amazing dad, coach, mentor, soldier, husband and friend.
Tiger said the baby is due in the summer, he didn’t say when in the summer but likely to be between the US Open and the British Open.
The number one golfer is skipping the Mercedes-Benz season opening in Maui next week.
