Nick Lachey received Cosmopolitan’s Fun Fearless Male Award of 2006 on Monday. Lachey was at the lucheon at New York City’s Capriani celebrating. Lachey thinks his appeals stem from his attitude: “I like to think that I don’t take things so seriously. That allows me to be a fun guy.
Nick Lachey also said that going through his divorce with Jessica Simpson has given him a new perspective. “You’re presented with obsticles in life. I’ve had some tough times to deal with in the past year and hopefully I’ve tried to take the high road.” Well, Lachey seems to be very happy with his new love, Vanessa Minnillo. Lachey popped the question to Vanessa Minnillo and the two are getting married this spring.
