Paris Hilton is to be arraigned for drunk driving charges today. The hotel heiress, Paris was pulled over on September seventh for driving erratically. Paris told police that she had one drink on an empty stomach and was on her way to get a burger when she was stopped.
Paris Hilton had no prior DUI arrests. The minimum penalty for first time offenders is a fine, probation and rehab. If convicted, Paris could be fined one thousand dollars and be sentenced to a maximum of six months in jail.
