Just after BRITNEY SPEARS left a rehab center for the second time in a week comes news that her ex, KEVIN FEDERLINE, is heading to court for an emergency hearing today to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears.
Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple’s children- 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston. A temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Britney Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.
Now, with Spears’ recent erratic behavior, coupled with the fact that she’s been in and out of rehab twice in the last week, all bets may be off.
On Wednesday morning, Britney Spears left Promises residential treatment center in Malibu, CA, early Wednesday morning — less than 24 hours after checking into the facility.
Ever since separating from Federline in November, Britney has been making headlines for her party-hopping and no-panty-wearing ways. Last weekend, she shaved off her head and got two new tattoos! Britney Spears checked out of the rehab facility because, the paparazzi turned it “into a media circus over there,” another source tells PEOPLE. “Britney is going crazy and they still won’t leave her alone, even in rehab.”

Britney went with her assistant, to Federline’s San Fernando Valley house, buzzed the intercom, and got no answer. Britney went around the block, came back, rang again, no answer. She tried a third time — no reply from Federline. Britney then took her anger out on our photographers, grabbing an umbrella and hitting their car, yelling.
I know things are really going bad for Britney Spears now! The fact that shits happen! We’re not perfect! I hope something good comes out of this for Britney & her young boys! I feel for Britney.
