A US judge yesterday ordered Parisexposed.com to stop selling videos and a stash of personal items including a prescription for genital herpes belonging to hotel heiress Paris Hilton.The stash was auctioned off after Hilton failed to pay a $200 storage bill for a locker.
But the injunction came too late for Hilton to stop the release of a controversial home video which showed her using one of America’s most hated words.
“We’re like two niggers,” Paris declared as she danced with her sister Nicky to Notorious B.I.G.’s Hypnotize.
She also screamed “faggot” several times at another dancer.
The video was one of several she left in an LA storage facility including records of a miscarriage, a prescription for genital herpes and shots of her getting in and out of a bubble bath.
The injunction issued yesterday temporarily bars the website from releasing Hilton’s social security number, health data and other personal information.
Hilton’s spokesman, Elliott Mintz, yesterday said: “I know what this has done personally and emotionally to Paris.”
Her lawsuit alleges that two defendants paid $3590 for the contents at a public auction and sold the items for $12.94 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the website.
Persa is due in court on February 16 to address the injunction.
