Access Hollywood has learned that Anna Nicole‘s mother and her mother’s husband are heading to the Bahamas today to file with children’s services for immediate custody of Dannielynn, Anna Nicole’s 5-month-old daughter.
The baby was being cared for in the Bahamas by the mother of Shane Gibson, the Bahamian immigration minister who is a close friend of Smith’s.
Anna Nicole Smith‘s mother had earlier said that she thought her infant granddaughter should be with the child’s birth father.
