Her original breasts were a sign of femininity…implants are a sign of nothing – transvestites have ‘em too. It is unfortunate she is so insecure about herself as to have undergone plastic surgery more than 24 times, and still isn’t happy. I feel sorry for her.

Transvestites want to be ‘women’ and want to be ‘feminine’, so of course breasts are ‘feminine’ no matter how they are achieved. Would you tell a victim of breast cancer that she has ‘fake’ boobs? Wishing to deride anything which isn’t ‘natural’ has become an obsession in itself. If everything ‘natural’ was wonderful by default, no one would want to improve their appearance and/or their confidence. Wanting to have an increased confidence in your appearance doesn’t by default mean you are insecure. Anybody who actually knows anything about Sabrina Sabrok would also know that by no stretch of the imagination is she an insecure person and is very happy with what she is choosing to do with her own body; she’s pleasing herself first and pleasing others as a result. What’s wrong with that? As a contrast, Eve Valois aka Lolo Ferrari was almost certainly a lady who suffered from some insecurities which were fed, in turn, by the dreadful Eric Vigne, who controlled virtually every aspect of her appearance and indeed her life.
