As expected, Paris Hilton has filed a notice with the court, vowing to appeal her 45-day jail sentence.

The notice is a formality that lawyers are required to file before lodging the appeal. It does not give the grounds for the appeal, but Hilton’s lawyers must essentially prove that the trial judge abused his discretion by imposing the sentence.

Appeal or not, my guess is Paris Hilton is still going to jail.

Paris Hilton gave everyone an upskirt as she went shopping the next day after her sentencing.

Paris was busted this time by a fan for smoking pot at the Coachella Music Festival in Palm Springs last weekend! This could be among the many other things in life that the hotel heiress is going to miss but the most important thing is freedom.

I know a lot of people dislike Paris Hilton but I can’t say that about myself. Of course, I disapprove a lot of Paris’ ways but hey, she’s Paris Hilton. As for her going to jail. I don’t like seeing anyone going in the clink even Paris Hilton.
