Nicole Richie is said to fight her DUI charges even though the stakes are high for Nicole! Richie already has a prior DUI record and if she’s convicted this time around, she could face a minimum of 5 days in jail. But what’s the worst scenario? That’s the tough one.. one year in the slammer! A trial date is set for July 11.
In case you didn’t know, Richie was arrested last December after she was driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway. Cops say she confessed that she had been smoking pot and had taken Vicodin.
Wow, one year in the clink, that’s intense. I hope she gets it off easy.
