Paris Hilton is free but not completely.. at this moment, she has to be confined to her gorgeous home for the next 40 days! That translates to.. Paris Hilton can have a ball! 

The lastest scoop from TMZ that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton to attend a hearing in his L.A. courtroom tomorrow morning. Possibility of Paris being sent  back to jail? We’ll see.

Paris Hilton left  the Century Regional Detention Facility in Inglewood, California on June 7, after spending three nights in jail. She is to serve the remaining 40 days under house arrests during which she will wear an ankle bracelet fitted with a tracking device.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Paris Hilton’s medical condition was purely psychological and that she was in peril of having a nervous breakdown, and that’s why she was released early this morning.

That means Paris will be confined to her 2,700-square foot mansion in Hollywood Hills.

Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that Paris’ house arrest does not come with any provisions regarding visitors or restrictions on alcohol use. Not bad compared to being in the clink!
