Penelope Cruz wore a beautiful yellow dress last night at Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills last night. Doesn’t she look terrific? The bright yellow really goes well with that gorgeous tanned skin tone, doesn’t it? Trust me, not everyone can pull it off in a bright yellow outfit.
