Beyonce tumbled head first down 12 steps at the Amway Arena during her concert in Orlando! Beyonce stepped on her trench coat which triggered the fall. It was bad.
A woman at the concert offered a home video of the incident to WKMG-TV. She said Beyonce fell on her face.
“We saw that she was pumping her hair around and really into with her trench coat and high heels and as she proceeded to come down the stairs, she tripped on her coat and it seems like she fell on her collarbone and face, sliding down about 12 stairs,” the woman said.
According to Hollywood celebrity gossip, another fan at the concert has said that Bey was bleeding after the fall.
Video showed Beyonce getting up after the fall and continuing to dance. Of course being as professional as she is, she tried her best.
Poor Bey, we hope you’re all better now.

Beyonce sings the verses live, but she has backing vocals for the chorus because she doesn’t have any back up singers.
