Lindsay Lohan turns 21, she’s finally legal to drink! Lohan took some time out from her rehab program at The Promises Treatment Center to celebrate her birthday at a beach party in Malibu. Calum Best, Lohan’s old fling was also there.. honestly, why did she even invite him?
Lohan was arrested for DUI in May and her arraignment hearing is scheduled for August 24th. Recent reports claim that Lohan had cocaine and nearly twice the legal amount of alcohol in her system when she was arrested. So her troubles aren’t behind her yet.
