Nicole Richie is pregnant with Joel Madden‘s baby! Now, didn’t we tell you so for weeks & weeks? It’s no rocket science with Richie‘s tiny frame & her bigger and bigger belly! According to Hollywood gossip news, the baby is due sometime in January. Richie & the Good Charlotte singer, Madden are said to be tying the knot this summer! That’s so cool. I like Madden, he’s a good boyfriend for Richie!
Now what is going to happen to her DUI charges? Richie was arrested last December after she was driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway. Cops say she confessed that she had been smoking pot and had taken Vicodin. The stakes are high for Richie. She has a prior DUI and if she’s convicted this time around she faces a minimum 5 days in the pokey. Worst case scenario for Richie — one year in the slammer. A trial date is scheduled for July 11th. That’s next Wednesday.
