I can hardly believe that Duff is already 19, it sure seems like yesterday when I was still watching Duff on Lizzie McGuire, the clumsy young schoolgirl. We watched the Lizzie McGuire starlet grew in front of our eyes, didn’t we? From a very young age Duff has been in the celebrity news, her mother encouraged both of her daughters to take up acting when they were very young. What a wise woman.
