Keira Knightley had digital breast enhancement for Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle nude ad campaign. If you followed the Hollywood gossip news, you would know this isn’t Keira’s first nude pose, Knightley has done a nude spread where she posed with Scarlett Johansson & designer Tom Ford on the cover of Vanity Fair last year.

The UK Daily Mail notes that her latest role – which sees Knightley posing virtually nude to advertise Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume - makes her look subtly different. Despite the presence of a carefully-placed bowler hat, Knightley appears to be just that tiny bit curvier.

This wouldn’t be the first time.  While the British posters for her 2004 film King Arthur displayed her natural boyish look, the American ones were a different story.  “Those things certainly weren’t mine,” Keira told a U.S. magazine.

‘We had an interesting discussion when they said, “We want to make them slightly larger and you’ll get approval and I was like, ‘OK, fine. I honestly don’t give a (expletive).”  The paper says that Knightley is being paid $1 million for the ad campaign.
