Daniel Radcliffe felt like an adult for the first time on the set of his new film DECEMBER BOYS - because the cast was so young. Radcliffe, The Harry Potter boy wizard, 18, was the oldest of four actors playing orphans in the film, which finished shooting in Australia earlier this year.

Radcliffe explains, “I was the oldest and I did feel a certain paternal instinct. I wanted to protect them. “There were times when it was the end of the day and I was really tired, and they had almost as much energy as they had at one o’clock in the afternoon. “And I found myself saying things like, ‘Please stop shouting so loudly in my ear!’”

One thing I have been noticing is that our boy wizard, Daniel Radcliffe isn’t very tall so after all you don’t need to be tall, dark & handsome to make it in the celebrity world. But it sure doesnt’ hurt, does it! I believe Radcliffe is about 5′ 8 correct me if I’m wrong.
