David Beckham is A Good Son
David Beckham flew straight to London on the first plane he could catch out of LA when he heard that his dad, Ted Beckham had a heart attack on Wednesday.
Wife, Victoria Beckham, who was in Japan to promote her new makeup line, V-Sculpt, quickly followed suit and hopped aboard a plane out of Japan today, skipping out on her work commitments in order to support her husband, Becks. David’s dad, 59, was listed as being in “stable condition,” according to a representative of the London Chest Hospital.
Posh left Tokyo after having cancelled her expected launch of her new make-up and cosmetics range “V-Sculpt Color Line” on September 27, 2007. Victoria has only been in Japan less than 48 hours with the intention of launching the cosmetics range, but hurried back to London to be with Becks. What a great wife.
David Beckham sobbed uncontrollably as he was reunited with his dad at his hospital bedside. Apparently Becks & his dad have not been close since David’s dad and his mother Sandra went through a bitter divorce in 2002. It must have been very emotional.
And yes, real men do cry!
