Was Britney Spears doing drug before the MTV Music Awards? Spears was rumored to have been drinking and doing cocaine before heading to the MTV’s Video Music Awards. Britney allegedly was so wasted she nearly fell prior to going out and also during her performance.
Right before Spears went on stage she attempted to call her children who were not available. The kids were staying at her ex husband Kevin Federline’s house with Britney’s mother and father. Spears shed many tears at the fact she was unable to reach them, calling out for them after her disastrous performance.
Spears was going to boycott the show all together but was afraid of losing every bit of her career. “She took no direction in what anyone had to tell her or advise her on and she was absolutely rebellious with no talent anymore,” the source adds.
So Britney screwed up! But I am going to side with Jay Z. If Britney really wants to make a comeback, she can.
