Michelle Rodriguez is going to jail, she’s sentenced to 180 days for violating her probation. Rodriguez was on probation for DUI and a hit-and-run. She didn’t complete her community service and drank alcohol three times while wearing the booze monitoring bracelet.
Rodriguez has to check into the clink by Christmas eve, December 24th. The judge also ruled that Rodriguez is not to be granted an early release, despite L.A.’s jail overcrowding.
This isn’t the first time Rodriguez has done time for drunk driving. Seriously, I should start a rehab in LaLa Land! L.A. here I come!
