Holly Madison of The Girls Next Door is going to have a baby with her boyfriend, Playboy Mogul, Hugh Hefner. Madison has been wanting to be a mother for the last two seasons on the show and she brings it up every chance she gets. Hefner was against it at first, but eventually he started to weaken to the idea because Holly was so desperate to be a mother.

Recently, Madison and Hefner were seen in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills gynecologist who specializes in in vitro fertilization. Other couples trying to get pregnant were thrilled to see the Playboy mogul in person. Wow! I wonder what would be the sperm count of someone as old as Hefner?
