Katherine Heigl wins the Female TV Star Award at the People’s Choice. The Golden Globe being called off due to the Writers Guild Strike in Hollywood, the People’s Choice Awards also didn’t have a live show last night except for televised speeches. Nevertheless, Katherine Heigl wins the award of the Female TV Star.
