Although Simon doesn’t need any help in the bedroom, he has admitted to seeking help to stay looking young.
The American Idol judge has confessed he has regular Botox injections to smooth out any wrinkles.
Cowell said: “To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works, you do it once a year – who cares.
In the interview, Cowell, 48, also said Dannii Minogue would be better in bed than his Britain’s Got Talent co-star Amanda Holden and that Nicole Kidman had no sex appeal.
He said of Hollywood stars: “The current crop of actresses – Nicole Kidman and Kate Bosworth etc – they’re just nothing.
“There’s nothing to fancy or fantasise about there.
“I like old-school glamour – Raquel Welch and Brigitte Bardot -voluptuous and naughty. Mistresses.” – As reports by NZH
