Miley Cyrus doesn’t turn 16 till the 23rd of November but she’s already eyeing at a Prosche 911 turbo with a price tag of $126,200! Apparently Cyrus has met up with an exotic and expensive car dealer & she’s studying for her driver’s license. Looks like young Hannah Montana wants a Porsche the day she turns 16!
