Paula Abdul, the American Idol judge left people scratching their heads wondering why she was so spaced out giving feedback on two songs to a contestant who has only sang one song! I can totally relate. I water the plant and turn around and water it again. Hey, I thought looking at celebrities day in and day out makes you spaced out like that. Paula is a celebrity.. ha perhaps that’s why!

When Abdul came to discuss Idol hopeful Jason Castro, she referred to having heard “two songs” from him.
The star said she was confused by her notes as the changes to the judging were made at the last minute.
“Jason, first song, I loved hearing your lower register, which we never really hear, um… the second song, I felt like your usual charm wasn’t – it was missing for me. It kind of left me a little empty.
“The two songs made me feel like you’re not fighting hard enough to get into the top four,” she said, before being told by fellow judge Randy Jackson that only one song had been performed.
After realising her blunder, Abdul said: “Oh my god, I thought you sang twice!”
Host Ryan Seacrest tried to smooth over the situation by saying, “You’re seeing the future, baby!”, before cutting her off and asking another judge,Simon Cowell, for his comments.
“This was officially the strangest show we’ve ever done,” Cowell said at the end of the programme.
The incident has prompted fans to speculate on the programme’s messageboards if the show was scripted or fixed. BBC

I love ya Girl, Honest mistake. We are not perfect:) You are beautiful! You were just reading your notes and they all ran together-sucks that it was on TV. Why can’t people just realize that it was a mistake and leave at that. Idiots. Dismiss it. Happy days ahead. Take Care and God Bless-Get some sleep.
Awwwww….. So many people are SO HARD on Paula! She gets looked upon as the little-dog of the group just because she is nice and “THE GIRL” I think its unnecessary and I LOVE Paula myself. Ive watched season after season and have NEVER suspected her to be SPACED OUT or HIGH. I am sure that being on the air live week after week has got to be hard, for anyone. Not just Paula. Anyway……
