No, Angelina Jolie was just randomly drawing on his back to show where all his lines were, and when he saw it, he really liked it and decided to get a tattoo of it.

Pitt has said that he loves Architecture and design in the past so I believe that this is a stylized rendering of a building. Im an architecture student and I know a concept drawing when I see one. I thought that it was Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater when I first saw it but I couldn’t get it to line up. I really think that it has something to do with architecture.
