Kate Hudson tops the list of People magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful People. Hudson, 29 although I do believe she’s beautiful but I don’t think she’s the most beautiful. Apparently Rumer Willis is also on the list of 100 most beautiful so I wonder who’s the judge, the readers of People casting votes or the editor? What do you think?

Her best time for looking good, she says, comes “at the end of the night, when everything’s soaked in and I’m still up. I like the leftover makeup in the morning. You’ve got to wash your face but there’s always the leftover eye makeup, I love that.” ( Read on to see Kate Hudson’s bikini photos..)
