Not just cause I'm a male either but she has kind of a soothing voice to me, it's lower than most other pop women and never grates my nerves really. Not good songs in my opinion but as background music it doesn't bother me at all. Give me the bands Rehab, Celldweller, Ra or Stone Temple Pilots any day of the week over pop. I generally dislike this style of music anyway, but to be honest she is easier for me to stomach than most.
