Disney bosses are preparing to push Miley Cyrus aside and replace her with a more clean-cut teen star, according to reports.
The 15-year-old’s image has been damaged by the release of ’sexy’ images of her in June’s (08) edition of Vanity Fair magazine.
E! blogger Marc Malkin claims the Disney corporation is deeply unhappy with Cyrus and her bosses are already lining up a replacement in 15-year-old Selena Gomez, who has starred alongside Cyrus in her Hannah Montana TV show.
Malkin writes, “I’m told Disney executives are so worried about Cyrus’ recent controversies that, more than ever, they want to make Gomez an even bigger star.” - Contact Music

Third of all: I got the answer to that. Selena Gomez is a really wonderful talented singer/actress but she won’t be replacing Miley Cyrus because in the next few months, Miley will still be in Disney; she’s like Vanessa Hudgens; nude pics surfaced, clothed, still hired. I call that The Unexplainable Strategy.
Fourth of all: I don’t want them to be rivals. I admit Selena is prettier and has a better voice, but it’s best that she doesn’t tell anyone especially Miley of her talents because Miley will be outraged.
Selena is adorable and just as talented as Miley,

What can I say? Miley TOTALLY ROCKS! It is Miley who has turned “Hannah Montana” into the phenomenon that it is today. Millions of fans identify with her and her music. I can’t believe that Disney would even consider replacing her with all that she’s done and performed for them. If anyone should shoulder the blame for this, it’s Anne Liebowitz and Vanity Fair. Leave Miley alone, and keep Selena Gomez away from Hannah Montana! For me there can be only one Hannah, and her name is Miley Cyrus! I support Miley 100%.
i feel that it is really wrong that everyone wants to replace miley cyrus with selena gomez……although i do like selena gomez a lot but the “bosses” have to understand that miley cyrus is such a person that she worked so hard for hannah montana and she was sooooo successful in both her careers singing and acting. She became so famous around the world…..her voice is so original and because of it she is loved by so many people around the world………..it is so amazing that you can get her lovers all over the world. I wont say to kick selena gomez out but maybe she can also get a role in any new programme on disney channel…….something like hannah montana. Miley cyrus definately did not make Hannah Montana what it is! I’m not saying she’s not talented she is but Disney is filled with marketing geniuses! They made miley cyrus what she is and they can make selena more… It is not about who is more talented or beautiful! Its about who has the marketing people who can make anyone famous with the right tactics
Miley is ok but I don’t like how everyone acts like she is the best thing in the world. She is human like the rest of us! Selena Gomez is just as good as Miley if not better whether you admit it or not. All of you saying Miley rocks and Selena doesn’t just might be her biggest fan in a month. They are both special and talented in their own ways as well as beautiful young ladies. Don’t put Selena down without giving her a chance. This is only the beginning for her.
