Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend Raffaello Follieri might be in trouble…again. He was under investigation for writing bad checks earlier in the spring. Now, his charitable foundation is under the microscope by Federal investigators.

It isn’t clear what the problem is now, but according to E!Online, various financial institutions have been subpoenaed and are turning over financial information related to his charitable trust. The trust is supposed to help children in need around the world, however, it might not be..??
Raffaello has had several lawsuits involving money and inappropriately using funds. Anne, I hope you have a separate investor! Don’t stay with someone just because…well, because they say they can make you money!
