Jamie Lynn Spears was being stalked by a photographer.  Except he got caught and is now sitting in jail.  The man in question is a paparazzi photog from Los Angeles who made the trek to Louisiana to get the shots of Jamie Lynn.

The photographer never tried to contact Jamie Lynn, he just waited around outside of where she was living and visiting so he could take a snap of her.  Maybe Uma Thurman should move down to a rural state since they seem to take stalkers seriously down there.   Her stalker did whacked out creepy things and was only given probation in NY City.
