Paris Hilton inspired an anniversary party and she wasn’t even present! The heiress and party girl was honored by the girls she hung out with last year while in Lynnwood Jail. So, were they actually celebrating her coming or leaving the jail?

Back in June of 2007, Paris cried and then made some statements after her release. She was going to make a difference in the world and for those who were less fortunate. Did she accomplish it? Nope. This is what she DID accomplish.
- She partied.
- She went around the world on her boyfriend’s plane for his tour.
- Her brother got busted with a DUI – even though it’s not her fault.
- She forged and has kept a relationship for over a month.
- She got rid of a few dogs.
Wow! She’s had one busy year. Hard to keep up with a gal like that.
