Prince William is knighted in England in a fancy, formal, hoighty toighty ceremony.  I thought being a Prince meant he was automatically a knight?

But maybe not.  Who knows specifics on Princes and Princesses?  Anyone?  And if you want to see the pictures of the crazy getups they Royals all wore for the process, check out Perez.  Gotta love history, tradition and the invention of the big hat.   I guess in order to be a knight you put up with a little fluff.  Between military dress uniforms and such, how many costumes do you think are in Prince Charles’ closet?

And most importantly, Kate Middleton is in the middle of it all.  Is there an engagement coming up soon or what?  This waiting is killing us all stateside…the Jenna Bush wedding did just not compare to a Royal wedding.
