Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott are parents again. The pair welcomed a baby girl via C-section on Monday afternoon.

Dean and Tori named their baby Stella Doreen (ok, cute, but a little different) and she weighed six pounds and 8 ounces. Mother and baby are happy and resting comfortably in an LA hospital. Baby Stella already has an older brother, so now they are the perfect home with 2.4 kids and a slew of reality shows to their name!  Congratulations!!
