Uma Thurman probably isn’t going to be pleased with the judge.  The judge that heard her stalking case just sentenced the offender to five years - away from Uma.  He didn’t get ANY jail time!

Her stalker was told to stay away from her for five years and he gets three years of probation.  That’s it!

Stalkers usually know the fine line of their crime too.  Unless they are threatening, there aren’t any laws to punish them. This seems to be the case with Uma….sure, he was a creepy, scary and wigged out dude.  But did he hurt her or the kids?  Nope.  Not yet.  Stalking laws are set up to punish the stalker after they commit the crime instead of preventing them from doing.  Sad, sad state.
