Blake Civil Fielder was sentenced to 27 months in jail for tampering with a witness from his assault case.  He has been in jail since November of 2007, so it isn’t clear if he has 27 more months to go or if 27 is without time credited. 

Either way, Amy will have to clean it up if she wants to survive until his release date.  He says to the judge via INO:

“He can now see that hard drugs are to be regarded as nothing other than a smiling assassin. He wishes now to become a role model for Miss Winehouse but he knows it would be impossible for her to alienate herself from drugs if he continues to befriend them.”

What a jerk!  Like he didn’t help get her in to the drug mess she’s in.  And then he tries to use it as a way to get him out.  If he can’t get out and help her, she’ll go down.  Whatever.  Sit in jail and rot loser.
