Some days you just scratch your head and wonder when celebrities - or their parents speak.  This time Amy Winehouse’s dad has spoken again and we are left to wonder what is the matter with him?  Why?

Mitch Winehouse has said his daughter will die and slow and painful death.  Much like the path she is on right now.  He tells INO:

“She won’t die of a drug overdose, it won’t be that quick,” he told Sky News television Saturday, according to BBC News. “She would die, unfortunately, of emphysema. That would be the most likely scenario if she didn’t check her behavior, which she is doing.”

How sad.  What parent thinks like this, but continues to let the behavior go on?  I don’t think it is a case of tough love, since this is life or death.  If my child were on this path, there would be some serious consequences, bodily harm and an extended stint in rehab to make them see the light.  Why is he not doing this for her??
