Charlie is the son of actor Martin Sheen. He is a Golden Globe Award-winning actor. Sheen has many film credits under his belt including his roles as Chris Taylor in the Vietnam War drama Platoon and Bud Fox in the Wall Street. Other than that Sheen played in very two popular TV sitcoms, Spin City, as Charlie Crawford, and Two and a Half Men, as Charlie Harper.
Sheen started acting in 1974 at the age of nine playing a small role alongside his father in the TV movie The Execution of Private Slovik. Sheen’s film career began in 1984 with minor and supporting roles in films such as Red Dawn (1984), Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (1986), and his first major break came after the mid-eighties when he drafted to be the lead man in Platoon in 1986 and in Wall Street in 1987.
