Cynthia Rodriguez – Alex Rodriguez’s now estranged wife – ends the debate in one of the messiest love triangles with her filing for divorce today.  The papers were filed today and you won’t believe what they claim.

Cynthia claims extra-marital affairs – plural – as the reason for the breakup.  Her lawyer says via TMZthat Madonna won’t be named individually, but her fling with Alex was the last straw.  Apparently that is what sent Cynthia to Lenny, who’s only a “friend”, so she could figure out what to do, not a romantic tryst.   Cynthia wants to keep the $12 million dollar house in Florida, her Maybach and alimony and child support.  ARod is reported to be worth over $250 million.   

No comment from ARod, only that he has hired a lawyer.  A lawyer retainer is pretty much comment enough at this point.
