According to TMZ, the fight was instigated by others in Shreveport, not the cast or crew who was relaxing.  Josh only became involved when the cops in charge started using the ‘N’ word and becoming verbally abusive.  Josh stepped in to help his friend and that’s when things got ugly.  They weren’t drunk and looking to get rowdy.

Josh and Jeffrey were both arrested, however not charged yet.  Maybe because the southern brand of justice the cops tried using was wrong?  And they have media crawling all over them because of it?  Probably.  But it’s just a guess.
