Rachael Ray Sued For No-Fat
Rachael Ray’s production company has been slapped with a lawsuit she can really chew on. A former employee claims he was fired because he was too skinny!

Aaron Ferguson, who is an accountant, says he was let go for being anorexic after studio heads claimed he was too skinny to work for them. Of course, he is suing CBS since they produce the show for $1 million dollars, claiming hostile work conditions and having a supervisor that told him anorexics were messed up in the head. Duh – aren’t they?
He worked for all of three months in 2007 for them. Rachael had no comment since she wasn’t named in the suit directly. Does his suit have any merit?
