Alex Rodriguez Wants the Prenup
Alex Rodriguez has fired back legally. He isn’t going to let his wife step all over him in this divorce case – no siree!

Alex fired a response to Cynthia’s (estranged wife) divorce request. He’s acknowledging a marital breakdown, but since SHE filed in Florida, where it is a no-fault state, it doesn’t matter if he slept around. Duh on her part.
Alex also wants to invoke the pre-nup, of which the details aren’t known. Most likely they will be of benefit to him, that’s why Cynthia is fighting for it to get tossed.
So, if they have a pre-nup, why is she fighting it? If so many stars fight a pre-nup, do they win?
