Anne Hathaway must be hiding quite a little naughty side! It appears the FBI have seized more than just her journals in their investigation surrounding her boyfriend/fiance turned con man.

The drama surrounding Anne grows as do the questions about the whole investigation by Federal officials. Originally, it was reported that the FBI took Anne’s journals in an effort to prosecute her boyfriend Raffaello in money laundering and a ton of other crimes. It seems they took a bit more than that…
Anne was busy promoting Get Smart and placed a frantic call to her brother. She asked him to go to a storage unit she had and get a few other things out. Like NAKED pictures of her. These naked pictures were professional shots too and racy, but big brother was too late. The government already has them!
How soon until they leak out? Weeks? Months?

There seems to be some confusion as to just where these photos were, in Follieri’s apartment ,or in a storage unit and it would be interesting to know which address was on the search warrent, I wonder if the Judge who issued the warrent would consider nude photos constitute evidence against Follieri if not presumably there should never have been removed even if they were at the right address. One might assume that the FBI would be required to log all items removed under a search warrent. Perhaps M/S Hathaway shoud apply to the Judge for the return of her property as they have no bearing on the investigation for which the warrent was issued. If the Judge did agree then all items returned should be checked aginst that log.
