She met Hefner at his 78th birthday in 2004. Kendra was hired to be one of the “painted girls”: women who are completely nude except for painted-on accessories. Shortly after they met, Kendra has became one of Hefner’s official girlfriends by moving into the Playboy Mansion. Kendra moved out of the Playboy mansion in 2009.
