Kevin Costner has nothing to do with the sequel to his 1990 hit Dances With Wolves. Is anyone going to go see it?

Probably not. Kevin’s John Dunbar is what MADE that movie. How can they do a sequel without him or his character? It’s not right! Kevin wasn’t even asked to direct…He directed and won an Oscar Award for his efforts.
The new movie is called The Holy Road and begins 11 years after Dances left off. It will still follow the Indians and their plight as they fight the government and the elements. So, will you pay to see it without Costner? Unless it has a bunch of other big names in it, I think I’ll skip it.

I’m so glad Cosner isn’t going to be in it. he has no respect for Native people (as he so blatently demonstrated by trying to build a golf course on sacred land in the Black Hills). He’s pretty much alientated most of the Lakota Tribes so its a good thing he’s not doing it, cuz we don’t like him anymore.
I hear Viggo Mortsensen might be taking the role. Now there is an actyor who has some respect for Native cultures. Viggo fans and Native Americans will flock to see it.
