Brad Pitt pulled a huge coup yesterday.  Yeah, yeah, yeah, he donated $100 grand to a fund in California that is trying to preserve the rights of same sex marriages.  He is the big humanitarian who gives to the big and NEWSworthy causes.  But there’s more to it than that…

Brad and Angelina have said they WON’T get married until everyone who wants to is able – meaning same sex partners.  That’s brilliant!  What a better way to put off marriage without having to say, you don’t want to get married!  I mean come on, even with famous people touting the right, there will always be a hard conservative push fighting the movement.  Same sex marriages being recognized in all 50 states is probably NOT going to happen in our lifetime. 

It’s a great excuse for Brad and Angie and they know it!  They both said before they had a bajillion kids that they didn’t want to get married, they were happy as is.  And face it, if Brad wanted to really support a cause, he’d throw a million or two at it instead of just $100 thousand.  So, he looked like he donated a bunch of money, contributed to a great cause and sacrificed his own wedding in the meantime.  Ha!
