One of the worst fake people to grace – or invade, depending on how you feel – the television had a birthday. Whoope de doo da. Happy Birthday to Heidi Montag and her fake smile, her fake personality and her fake show.

Heidi posed for some hideous pictures with Spencer Pratt, her supposed real boyfriend on the fake reality show, The Hills. Does MTV still think people believe this crap is reality? Oh, wait, it’s must see TV.
Heidi is so over the top posing, one can hardly stand to look at the pictures. Spencer planned a picnic, with a tiara, balloons, a cake and the paparazzi there to catch every minute. A cross necklace? Yeah, I’d ask for redemption if I starred in that crazy ass-ed show too. God forgives you Heidi! But not you Spencer, get real. What guy plans something like this for his girl’s birthday without a little help from the producers?
