…and the world quit turning. Us Magazine said she sold 65 million – just kidding, thousand – albums which was enough to put her at #1. There must not have been any other new releases lately, because how did the girl who can barely perform live crawl to the top? When she sold pop records, 2.9 MILLION copies was only good enough to get her to #2. Country is good to the ol’ gal.
I guess the country fans are hard of hearing. Or she got the sympathy vote for showing up on Good Morning America and flashed her bare bum on live TV. Yeah, that must be it. Sympathy. Poor girl.
