In what is one of the most depressing news topics of the day, Josh Hartnett admitted there is NO sex tape. He did not have sex with a woman in the library, like the UK newspaper claimed. In fact, he is suing them over the claim.

The Superficial claims he is suing the Daily Mail and demanding an apology. The story was a complete fabrication, made up by people who were no where near the site. No word on how much he is suing for, but it will be for damages. And since no one has a copy of the tape, it is probably correct that he wasn’t there, or else it would have been leaked by now.
Tape or not, it seems that a sex tape might have helped him, as it seems to help a lot of other stars – Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, etc. Why deny having sex?? Sex is what sells dude!
