Katie Price is not happy with her post surgery body. Again. Katie has been very open with her surgeries, admitting to many boob jobs, rhinoplasty (nose job) and having her lips done. Why isn’t she happy now?

Katie was photographed promoting her new equestrian line of goods. Katie is an avid dressage rider (it’s a horse thing) and has a new line of pink saddles, bridles, riding gear and such. But the important thing to notice in her shots is her new profile. Click over to Now! Magazine to see the new body, with much, much smaller breasts.
Katie must have gone through with the breast reduction she had planned on when in the United States last month. Do you like the smaller, more natural her?
